Biography
Monique is a Physician Assistant who recently graduated from Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Central Connecticut State University in Athletic Training in 2013. She is Board Certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. As a PA, Monique has previous experience working in Orthopedics in Naples, Florida.
Prior to becoming a PA, Monique worked as an Athletic Trainer for 5 years in a high school, collegiate, and clinical setting. In this role, she had the opportunity to work as part of the medical team evaluating and treating athletic injuries, which sparked her interest in expanding her scope of practice and becoming a Physician Assistant.
Monique was born and raised in New Britain, Connecticut. Her hobbies include CrossFit, paddle boarding, baseball games, and spending time with her husband and two dogs. She enjoys the beach and outdoors which enticed her to move to Florida to escape the cold New England winters.
