Biography

Ashley Blake, PTA, is a licensed physical therapist assistant.  

Ashley earned her Associate in Science in Physical Therapist Assistant from Hodges University. 

Prior to joining Orthopedic Center of Florida, Ashley served as the lead Physical Therapist Assistant in an outpatient setting, where she treated patients with orthopedic injuries, soft tissue conditions, neurological impairments, and balance disorders.
